Marijan came up with the idea for HOLY COW high above the clouds whilst working for British Airways. After frequently visting the southern states of the USA, he decided that the most important thing for his new restaurant would be VARIETY OF CHOICE. The menus would give as broad a selection as possible, just like they do down south, making sure everyone had a dish they could really enjoy...

Team spirit is a huge priority here. Homemade christmas sweaters are a good start... There's a great deal of emphasis from the team in promoting a friendly staff atmosphere. At HOLY COW you are always welcomed with a smile, immediately followed by an exciting menu!
